Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ken2Go & Travel Private Limited website and the booking of any tours, packages, or services offered by us. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• A deposit may be required at the time of booking; the balance is due as per the invoice timeline.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Foreign currency rates are subject to change.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: full refund (minus administrative fees).
• Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: no refund.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Changes to Itinerary

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political unrest, natural disasters, etc.).
• Any additional costs arising from such changes will be borne by the client.
• We will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative.

5. Travel Documents & Insurance

• Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for their trip.
• We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of baggage.
• Ken2Go & Travel is not liable for any loss or damage due to failure to obtain proper documents.

6. Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for their own health and fitness for the activities booked.
• We are not liable for any injury, illness, or accident that occurs during the tour.
• Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in activities.

7. Liability & Indemnity

• Ken2Go & Travel acts as an intermediary for third-party service providers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.). We are not liable for any negligence or default by these providers.
• We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from events beyond our control (force majeure).
• The maximum liability of Ken2Go & Travel shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.

8. Photography & Marketing

• We may capture photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes.
• By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of such media without compensation.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our guide before the start of the tour.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gaya, Bihar.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Ken2Go & Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. They constitute the entire agreement between you and Ken2Go & Travel.
